Account Support Officer

Job Description: Restored Hearing is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Account Support Officer to join our team in Galway, Connacht. As an Associate Level role, the Account Support Officer will be responsible for providing support to our valued clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. This part-time position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing timely and accurate responses - Maintain client accounts and update relevant information as needed - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients - Assist in the creation and execution of project plans to meet client goals - Monitor and track client satisfaction levels and feedback - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 4+ years of experience in account management or customer support - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong time management and project management abilities - Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Hardworking and motivated attitude
