Account Support Officer

Job Description:

Beatvyne is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Account Support Officer to join our team in Cork, Ireland. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience who is looking to kickstart their career in account management.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to the accounts team in managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction - Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for clients - Help in organizing and coordinating client meetings and events - Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and collaboration - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Handle any client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 1+ year of experience in a similar role - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients - Motivated and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Strong teamwork and collaboration skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
