Account Support Officer - Work from home

Love & Robots is seeking a dedicated Account Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the flexibility to work from home, providing support to our clients and contributing to the success of our company. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. 2. Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new clients and provide ongoing support. 4. Conduct research on industry trends and client needs to make informed recommendations. 5. Assist with billing, invoicing, and payment processing tasks. 6. Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences. 7. Maintain a high level of organization and time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently. 8. Constantly strive to improve processes and exceed client expectations.

Requirements: 1. Driven and motivated individual who is passionate about delivering excellent service. 2. Strong research skills to gather and analyze relevant information. 3. Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Previous experience in a client-facing role, preferably in account management or customer support. 5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools. 6. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
