Account Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Hexafly is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Limerick, Munster, IE. As an Account Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales and account management teams, assisting with client communication, managing accounts, and supporting various projects.

Responsibilities: - Assist with client communication through email, phone, and other communication channels - Manage and update client accounts and records - Support sales and account management teams with administrative tasks - Assist with data entry and record keeping - Coordinate and schedule meetings with clients and team members - Provide general administrative support to the team as needed

Requirements: - Adaptability: Ability to work independently and collaborate with a virtual team - Driven: Motivated to achieve results and contribute to the success of the team - Critical Thinking: Ability to analyze situations and make informed decisions - Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite - High school diploma or equivalent
