Job Description:
Plynk is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Support Representative to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE. This part-time position is ideal for individuals looking to gain entry-level experience in the financial services industry.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with any account-related inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner - Work closely with the Account Management team to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute innovative ideas to enhance the customer experience - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer problems - Stay current on industry trends and best practices to provide informed support to customers
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members - Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn new software systems - Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
