We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Remote Account Support Representative to join our team at Tandem HR Solutions. This part-time position is based in Dublin, IE and is at an Associate Level with a requirement of 3 years of experience.
As a Remote Account Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients remotely. This includes managing client accounts, addressing inquiries and concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
The ideal candidate for this role will possess a high level of energy, excellent time management skills, and emotional intelligence. You must be reliable and able to work independently in a remote setting.
