Job Description - Account Support Representative - Work from home

Job description:


SilverCloud Health is seeking a part-time Account Support Representative to join our team in Dublin, IE. This position is work from home and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. As an Account Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their questions and concerns via phone, email, and chat. 2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise. 3. Manage client accounts, including updating contact information, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records. 4. Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to clients as needed. 5. Assist in onboarding new clients and guiding them through the implementation process. 6. Monitor client feedback and escalate any recurring issues to the appropriate team for resolution. 7. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with the most up-to-date information. 8. Complete administrative tasks as needed to support the overall success of the team.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or account management role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong organizational and time management abilities. 5. Resourceful and independent, with the ability to work effectively without direct supervision. 6. Emotional intelligence and people management skills. 7. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
