Account Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Pointy is seeking a motivated and energetic Account Support Representative to join our team. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Cork, Cork, Ireland. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to our customers via phone, email, and chat - Assist with troubleshooting any issues or concerns that customers may have - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with the sales team to provide seamless support to our clients - Help customers navigate our platform and provide training as needed - Contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes and procedures

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer support role - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively convey information to customers - A drive to succeed and a passion for helping others - Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively - Comfortable working remotely and using technology to communicate with team members
