Job Description:


YellowSchedule is seeking a dedicated Account Support Representative to join our team. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an entry-level role, no prior experience is required, making it an excellent opportunity for those looking to kickstart their career in the technology and healthcare industry.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries. 3. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends. 7. Meet and exceed monthly performance metrics and sales targets.


Requirements: 1. Reliable and driven individual with a strong work ethic. 2. Excellent communication and cooperation skills. 3. Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks. 4. Basic knowledge of project management principles. 5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
