Account Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Nova Leah is seeking a highly motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as an Account Support Representative. This is a part-time, work-from-home position for an associate level professional with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service and support to account holders - Manage and resolve account inquiries and issues in a timely manner - Assist with account setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote customer retention and satisfaction - Utilize persuasive communication skills to upsell and cross-sell products and services - Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions - Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree preferred - 4+ years of experience in account support or customer service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) systems - Ability to work flexible hours as needed - Must be a motivated and hardworking individual with a cooperative and persuasive attitude
