We are currently seeking a part-time Account Support Specialist to join our team at Zendesk International Ltd in Dublin, IE. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a related role.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support to our clients through various channels including email, phone, and chat - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Manage and maintain customer accounts, including updating customer information and processing account changes - Assist with technical inquiries and provide troubleshooting support to customers - Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for account growth and maintenance - Conduct regular account reviews to assess customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement - Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services to better serve customers
Requirements: - Dedicated and energetic individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues from various departments - Experience in strategic planning and problem-solving - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
