Remote Account Support Specialist

Job Description:

Nova Leah is seeking a Remote Account Support Specialist to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE. This is a part-time entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company.

Responsibilities: - Providing remote support to clients, assisting with any account-related issues or questions - Collaborating with the sales team to onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition - Monitoring account activity and identifying potential areas for improvement or growth - Generating reports and analyzing data to provide insights and recommendations to clients - Communicating with clients in a professional and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction - Working on special projects and initiatives as assigned by management

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the position - Confidence and adaptability to work in a remote role and handle various client interactions - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams - Basic project management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines - Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
