Account Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Account Support Specialist to join our team at Wix.com in Dublin, IE. The Account Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success in using our products and services.

Responsibilities: 1. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and technical issues promptly and effectively. 2. Provide guidance on utilizing Wix.com tools and features to optimize the client's online presence. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve any customer concerns. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients. 6. Stay updated on industry trends and Wix.com updates to better assist clients.
