Account Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Property Button is seeking a part-time Account Support Specialist to join our team in Dublin, IE. This position offers the flexibility of working from home and is ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities: - Providing support to clients regarding account management and troubleshooting any issues that may arise - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner - Managing and maintaining client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving - Assisting with the implementation of new client accounts and providing training as needed - Analyzing data and reports to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall success of the account support department

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role - Resilient and hardworking personality traits, able to adapt to changing circumstances and manage priorities effectively - Strong people management and project management skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar field preferred
