Job Description - Account Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:


Wayflyer is currently seeking a dedicated and resourceful Account Support Specialist to join our team. This is a part-time remote position based in Cork, Cork, IE. As an Associate Level Account Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to our clients and assisting with various account-related tasks.


Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, assisting with account setup, onboarding, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise - Monitor and analyze client account performance to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions - Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met and provide exceptional customer service - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve any account-related challenges - Assist with data entry, reporting, and other administrative tasks as needed - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to constantly improve client support


Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in a similar role - Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
