Account Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Support Specialist to join our team at 3D4Medical. This is a part-time remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level Account Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing assistance to our clients and maintaining positive relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing support through various channels such as email, phone, and chat - Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and upsell products or services to existing clients - Conduct research and analyze data to understand client needs and preferences in order to provide tailored solutions - Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings, showcasing the value and benefits of our products - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and resolution of customer issues - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide informed recommendations to clients - Assist in the development of customer retention strategies and initiatives

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, customer support, or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent organizational and time management abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Driven and reliable with a positive attitude - Strong planning and research skills
