Zutec is currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Call Center Assistant to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their inquiries or concerns. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or provide updates on ongoing projects. 3. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the company database. 4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues in a timely manner. 5. Assist in training new call center staff members. 6. Monitor and analyze call center metrics to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. 7. Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction. 8. Assist in developing and implementing call center policies and procedures.
Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 2. Strong project management skills. 3. Experience with people management. 4. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 6. Experience with CRM software is a plus. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
