Remote Call Center Assistant

Kinesis Health Technologies is seeking a Remote Call Center Assistant to join our team in Galway, Connacht, IE. This part-time, entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are resourceful, dedicated, and possess strong time management and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide information about our products and services to customers. 3. Assist customers with product orders and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner. 4. Maintain customer records and update information as necessary. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery. 6. Complete assigned tasks and projects within designated timelines. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Previous customer service experience is a plus.
