Job Description:
Intel Ireland is seeking a part-time Call Center Assistant to join our team in Waterford, Munster. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, be able to work independently, and have excellent decision-making and critical thinking skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with inquiries, concerns, and technical issues. 2. Making outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, conduct surveys, and provide information. 3. Recording customer information accurately in the company database. 4. Resolving customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner. 5. Providing support to other team members as needed. 6. Meeting call center metrics and goals set by management. 7. Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times.
Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficiency in computer systems and software, including CRM systems. 6. Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment. 7. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
