Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

Tandem HR Solutions is seeking a confident and energetic Call Center Assistant to join our team in Dublin, IE. This part-time entry-level position is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers with professionalism and courtesy. 2. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and promotions. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately. 4. Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for future reference. 5. Collaborate with team members to achieve overall call center goals and targets. 6. Assist with training new call center representatives as needed. 7. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. 3. Strong planning and analysis skills. 4. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. 6. High school diploma or equivalent. 7. Must be confident and energetic.
