As a part-time Associate level position, with a requirement of 4 years of experience in a similar role, the Remote Call Center Assistant will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely, providing flexibility and convenience for the right candidate.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming calls from clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and efficient manner. 2. Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department. 3. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through active listening, problem-solving, and effective communication. 4. Keep accurate records of all interactions with clients in the CRM system. 5. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve call center processes and procedures. 6. Meet or exceed performance goals related to call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.
