Job Description:
Twitter Dublin is seeking a part-time Call Center Assistant to join our dynamic team in Dublin, Ireland. As a Call Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Twitter users and assisting with various inquiries related to the platform. This role requires a hardworking and dedicated individual who is able to handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls from Twitter users and addressing their questions and concerns in a professional manner - Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance for users experiencing technical issues - Documenting all interactions with users accurately in the customer database - Collaborating with other teams within the company to resolve escalated issues and improve overall customer satisfaction - Assisting with special projects and initiatives to enhance the customer experience on the platform - Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Strong planning and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently - Must be hardworking, dedicated, and committed to providing exceptional customer service
