Job Description - Remote Call Center Associate

Job Description:


As a Remote Call Center Associate at Hilton, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests who are seeking information or making reservations. This position is part-time and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.


Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls from guests in a professional and courteous manner - Assist guests with inquiries or issues related to reservations, amenities, and hotel services - Provide accurate information and recommendations to guests to enhance their stay - Utilize strategic planning skills to help guests navigate complex reservation processes - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and cooperation - Maintain a positive and confident attitude to handle challenging situations effectively - Meet or exceed performance metrics related to call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity - Act as a brand ambassador for Hilton by embodying the company's values and commitment to excellence


Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Driven and confident personality traits to handle high-pressure situations - Strong strategic planning skills to problem-solve and assist guests efficiently - Excellent teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with colleagues and supervisors - Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision - Proficiency in using computer systems and software to manage calls and input data accurately
