Call Center Associate

Job Description:

Engager is seeking a passionate and independent Call Center Associate to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Call Center Associate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving any issues or inquiries in a timely manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve issues. 3. Manage a high volume of calls while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor. 4. Utilize excellent communication skills to build rapport with customers and provide personalized service. 5. Use emotional intelligence to empathize with customers and ensure their needs are met. 6. Perform data entry and update customer information accurately in the system. 7. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 8. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Strong emotional intelligence and people management skills. 3. Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively. 4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 5. Passion for providing exceptional customer service. 6. Flexible schedule to accommodate part-time hours. 7. Must be located in or willing to relocate to Limerick, Munster, IE.
