Job Description:
Hexafly is currently seeking a Remote Call Center Associate to join our team in Dublin, IE. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. As a Remote Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone, email, and chat support.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding products and services. 3. Document all interactions with customers in our CRM system. 4. Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Identify and escalate any issues or trends to management for further investigation. 6. Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity targets. 7. Participate in ongoing training and development to improve and refine your customer service skills.
Requirements: 1. Resilient and dedicated personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. 2. Strong critical thinking skills and creativity to solve customer problems effectively. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is required.
