Remote Call Center Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Call Center Associate to join our team at Glanbia, a leading global nutrition group. As a Remote Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients over the phone. This position is part-time and based in Dublin, Ireland.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls from clients and addressing their inquiries or concerns in a professional manner - Making outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or provide updates on products or services - Researching and resolving customer issues using available resources and tools - Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery - Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the system - Demonstrating a motivated and driven attitude towards meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor - Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate with team members virtually - Strong research skills to quickly find solutions to customer inquiries - Team player who can contribute to a positive and supportive work environment - Motivated and driven to constantly improve customer service delivery
