Call Center Associate

Wia is seeking a reliable and hardworking Call Center Associate to join our team in Limerick, Munster, Ireland. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers in a professional and timely manner. 2. Provide accurate information about products and services, resolve customer complaints, and process orders. 3. Maintain thorough documentation of all customer interactions and inquiries. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and meet performance goals. 5. Utilize planning and research skills to anticipate customer needs and provide proactive solutions.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills and a pleasant phone manner. 2. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. 4. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
