Call Center Associate

Job Description:

Nova Leah is seeking a confident and reliable Call Center Associate to join our team in Galway, Connacht, IE. As an entry-level position, this part-time role requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to make quick, effective decisions to provide top-notch service to our customers.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 2. Provide information about products and services to customers and assist with placing orders. 3. Resolve customer complaints or issues by investigating the problem, identifying a solution, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Meet or exceed performance goals and targets set by management.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills. 4. Confident and reliable demeanor. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. 6. Proficiency with computer systems and software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
