Call Center Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Plynk is currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Associate to join our team. This is a remote, part-time position based in Limerick, Munster, Ireland. As a Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner - Provide information about products and services - Process orders and update customer accounts as needed - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members - Meet or exceed key performance indicators and targets - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies - Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction - Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills - Driven and confident personality traits - Decision-making and planning soft skills - High school diploma or equivalent - Availability to work evenings and weekends
