Call Center Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Manna Aero is seeking a motivated and driven Call Center Associate to work from home in Dublin, Ireland. As an Entry Level position, the role requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment. The primary responsibility of the Call Center Associate is to provide exceptional customer service and support to customers via phone, chat, and email.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner - Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction - Provide accurate and complete information to customers - Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a positive manner - Follow communication scripts when handling different topics - Communicate and coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met - Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by management - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer focus at all times

Requirements: - Motivated and driven individual with a passion for customer service - Strong decision-making and leadership skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficient in using computer applications and software - High school diploma or equivalent - Must have a quiet and professional home office setup - Must have a reliable internet connection and phone line
