Call Center Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

3D4Medical is seeking a passionate and motivated Call Center Associate to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service over the phone.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Providing information about products and services to customers - Processing orders and managing customer accounts - Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction - Collaborating with team members to improve overall customer experience - Meeting and exceeding performance goals set by the company

Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Strong communication skills and the ability to actively listen to customers - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet - High level of cooperation and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in using CRM software and other call center technology - Must have a quiet home office space and reliable internet connection
