Job Description - Call Center Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated Call Center Manager to join our team at Ryanair in Waterford, Munster, IE. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Call Center Manager will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing our call center operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong work ethic, resilience, and motivation to excel in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise a team of call center representatives to ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction - Develop and implement strategies to optimize call center operations and improve efficiency - Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner - Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of call center staff - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve call center operations


Requirements: - At least 5 years of experience in a call center management role - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Resilient and able to handle high-pressure situations effectively - Highly motivated and goal-oriented - Ability to think creatively and problem solve in a fast-paced environment - Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
