As a Remote Call Center Manager at Jameson Whiskey, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of remote call center agents based in Limerick, Munster, IE. You will be a key player in ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service and support while also driving team performance and productivity. This part-time role is ideal for someone with 8 years of experience in a call center environment, who is motivated, driven, and possesses excellent communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of remote call center agents to ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction - Develop and implement strategies to improve call center efficiency and effectiveness - Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions - Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to agents to help them reach their full potential - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience - Handle escalated customer concerns and find resolution in a timely manner - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide recommendations for training and development opportunities
Requirements: - 8 years of experience in a call center environment - Proven track record of success in managing and leading a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership abilities and the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Proficiency in remote communication tools and software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred) - Motivated and driven to achieve goals and exceed expectations
