Job Description:
Dell Ireland is seeking a part-time Remote Call Center Manager to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in call center management, with a mid-to-senior level of seniority.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of remote call center agents to ensure exceptional customer service delivery. 2. Monitor performance metrics and productivity to meet and exceed KPIs. 3. Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of call center agents. 4. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction. 5. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints to ensure prompt resolution. 6. Collaborate with other departments to optimize call center operations and improve overall business performance. 7. Provide regular performance feedback and coaching to call center agents to foster a culture of growth and development. 8. Generate and analyze reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in call center management. 3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a remote team. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets. 6. Ability to make sound decisions under pressure. 7. Resourceful and hardworking mindset.
