Job Description:
Ryanair is seeking a confident and driven Call Center Manager to join our team in Cork, Ireland. As a Mid-to-Senior Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in call center management.
Responsibilities: 1. Lead a team of call center representatives to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve call center operations and efficiency. 3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement. 4. Train, coach, and mentor call center staff to enhance their skills and performance. 5. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints. 7. Prepare reports and presentations on call center performance for upper management. 8. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve call center operations.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience as a Call Center Manager or similar role. 3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficiency in call center software and CRM systems. 6. Strong planning and organizational skills with a creative mindset. 7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. 8. Experience in the airline industry is a plus.
