Remote Call Center Manager

Job Description: We are looking for a highly experienced Remote Call Center Manager to join our team at Airbnb Ireland. As a part-time position located in Waterford, Munster, IE, this role requires a motivated individual with at least 7 years of experience in call center management. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and be able to work effectively in a remote setting.

Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote call center agents, providing guidance, support, and training as needed - Monitor and analyze call center performance metrics to identify areas for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service and ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other departments to optimize call center operations and workflow - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records and reports on call center activities - Continuously evaluate and improve call center processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
