Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team at 3D4Medical in Galway, Connacht, IE. As a part-time employee in a mid-to-senior level position, you will oversee the operations of our call center, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of call center agents, providing guidance, training, and support as needed - Develop and implement call center policies and procedures to optimize performance and productivity - Monitor and analyze call center metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive success - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience and satisfaction - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to help them grow and succeed - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure the call center remains competitive and innovative
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience - Minimum of 6 years of experience in call center management - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Resourceful and energetic personality traits - Creativity and presentation skills to drive innovation and improvement - Equal opportunity employer
