Remote Call Center Manager

Job Description:

Phorest is seeking a Remote Call Center Manager to join our dynamic team in Galway, Connacht, Ireland. As a part-time Associate Level position with 5 years of experience, the Remote Call Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of remote call center agents and ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Responsible for managing a team of remote call center agents, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure performance goals are met - Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback and coaching to agents to ensure continuous improvement - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Work closely with the Client Services team to address any client issues or concerns - Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on team performance and progress towards goals - Collaborate with other departments to implement process improvements and enhance overall customer experience

Requirements: - 5 years of experience in a call center or customer service management role - Confident and resourceful personality traits - Strong adaptability and communication skills - Experience managing remote teams preferred - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets - Excellent organizational and leadership abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
