Job Description:
Airbnb Ireland is seeking a part-time Call Center Manager to join our team in Limerick, Munster. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position with a requirement of 8 years of experience, the ideal candidate will be motivated, adaptable, and possess strong negotiation skills.
Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the call center, ensuring efficiency and productivity - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor call center performance metrics and report on key performance indicators - Train and mentor call center staff to ensure high levels of customer service - Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall customer experience - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in call center management
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 8 years of experience in call center management or customer service - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
