Call Center Manager

Analog Devices Ireland is currently seeking a part-time Call Center Manager to join our team in Cork. As a mid-to-senior level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 8 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be energetic, motivated, innovative, and have strong teamwork skills.

Responsibilities: - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the call center, including managing a team of customer service representatives - Develop and implement strategies to improve call center performance and efficiency - Monitor and analyze call center metrics to identify areas for improvement - Train and mentor call center staff to ensure high-quality customer service - Handle escalated customer complaints and provide resolution - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management

Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in call center management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Proven track record of driving performance improvements in a call center environment - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred - Proficiency in CRM software and call center technology
