Job Description - Remote Call Center Manager

As a Remote Call Center Manager at 9th Impact, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of remote call center agents and ensuring that they meet and exceed performance targets. Your main duties will include:


- Managing a team of remote call center agents, providing coaching, training, and support as needed - Setting performance goals and KPIs for the team and tracking progress towards these goals - Implementing and optimizing call center processes and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction - Monitoring call center metrics and reporting on performance to senior management - Handling escalated customer complaints and ensuring they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner - Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints - Conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback to team members


To be successful in this role, you will need:


- At least 7 years of experience in a call center or customer service management role - Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a remote team - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure - Exceptional time management and organizational skills - A driven and motivated personality, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
