Job Description: CitySwift is seeking a skilled Remote Call Center Manager to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience in call center management, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our remote call center operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of remote call center agents, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, efficiency, and productivity.
Responsibilities: 1. Lead, motivate, and coach a team of remote call center agents to meet and exceed performance targets. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve call center operations and processes. 3. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. 4. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and training to team members. 5. Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination. 7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance customer service delivery. 8. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
Requirements: 1. 8+ years of experience in call center management. 2. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding performance targets. 3. Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire and motivate a remote team. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5.
