Job Description:
VMware Ireland is seeking a highly experienced Remote Call Center Manager to join our team in Cork, Ireland. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for a motivated and adaptable individual who possesses strong teamwork and time management skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee all aspects of the remote call center operations. 2. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective call center operations. 3. Monitor and analyze call center performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. 4. Recruit, train, and mentor call center agents to ensure a high level of customer service. 5. Drive employee engagement and motivation through regular feedback and performance evaluations. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience. 7. Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution. 8. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve call center operations.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience as a Call Center Manager or similar role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Proficiency in call center software and CRM systems. 7. Availability to work part-time hours and flexible schedules.
