Job Description:
Penneys is seeking a motivated and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team on a part-time, work from home basis in Galway, Connacht, IE. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in call center management.
Responsibilities: - Supervise and manage a team of remote call center agents - Monitor and evaluate call center performance metrics to ensure targets are met - Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction - Conduct regular training sessions for call center agents to enhance their skills - Handle escalated customer complaints and provide resolutions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations - Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of service - Analyze data and generate reports on call center performance
Requirements: - Passionate about customer service and achieving goals - Adaptable to changing circumstances and able to think on your feet - Strong decision-making skills and ability to persuade others - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven experience in call center management - Proficient in Microsoft Office and call center software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
