Job Description - Call Center Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Dropbox Dublin is seeking a motivated and reliable Call Center Manager to work remotely from home in Limerick, Munster, IE. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a call center or customer service management role.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of remote call center agents to ensure high performance and productivity. 2. Develop and implement innovative strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to team members. 4. Monitor call center metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and resolve escalations. 6. Develop and maintain call center policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards. 7. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on call center performance and key metrics.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business or related field. 2. Proven experience in call center management, with a minimum of 5 years. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. 5. Innovative thinking and strategic planning skills. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software. 7. Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively.
