Jameson Whiskey is seeking a Call Center Manager to work from home in Cork, Ireland. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in a call center or customer service management role, with a track record of success in building and leading high-performing teams.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote call center agents, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure the team meets and exceeds performance targets - Develop and implement strategies to improve call center efficiency and customer service quality - Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to drive performance - Work closely with other departments to address customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Develop training programs and materials to onboard new team members and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for existing team members - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management to continuously improve processes and performance
Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in a call center or customer service management role - Confident and hardworking with excellent communication and leadership skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative approach to identifying solutions - Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred - Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams - Experience with call center software and technology, such as CRM systems and call routing software - Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
