Job Description:
CitySwift is currently seeking a part-time Remote Call Center Officer to join our team in Cork, IE. As a Remote Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls from customers and provide accurate information or assistance - Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Utilize persuasion skills to promote products or services to customers - Adapt to different customer personalities and situations to provide the best possible service - Meet and exceed performance metrics, including call handling time and customer satisfaction ratings - Update customer information in the database accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and customer satisfaction
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Driven and independent personality traits - Strong persuasion skills and adaptability - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using call center software and customer relationship management systems - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
