Remote Call Center Officer

Job Description:

Plynk is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Remote Call Center Officer to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Call Center Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone calls, emails, and online chat support.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving complaints. 3. Provide product and service information to customers. 4. Update customer accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions. 5. Work collaboratively with other team members to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals. 6. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times. 7. Participate in ongoing training and development programs as required.

Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Energetic and motivated personality with a positive attitude. 3. Strong adaptability and presentation skills. 4. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
