Call Center Officer

SilverCloud Health is seeking a part-time Call Center Officer to join our team in Limerick, Munster. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar position. We are looking for someone who is driven, motivated, and possesses strong leadership and presentation skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers and providing excellent customer service. 2. Answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating to the appropriate department when necessary. 3. Conducting follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 4. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records in the database. 5. Collaborating with other team members to improve call center processes and procedures. 6. Meeting performance targets and KPIs set by the Call Center Manager.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Previous experience in a leadership role is preferred.
