Call Center Officer

Job Description:

Twitter Dublin is currently seeking a part-time Call Center Officer to join our team in Cork, Ireland. As an Entry Level Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing high-quality customer service over the phone.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering customer calls and responding to inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 2. Providing assistance to customers with account-related issues, troubleshooting technical problems, and answering questions about our products and services. 3. Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues as needed to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborating with other team members to improve overall customer service and satisfaction. 6. Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure consistency in service delivery. 7. Contributing to a positive and energetic work environment by actively engaging with team members and management. 8. Continuously seeking opportunities for personal and professional development.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service-related role. 2. Energetic and motivated personality with a positive attitude. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet. 4. Excellent cooperation and teamwork skills. 5. Strong verbal and written communication skills. 6. Proficiency in using computer systems and applications. 7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 8. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
